I'm an Edmonton-based event planner and balloon stylist with a passion for transforming ordinary spaces into extraordinary celebrations. Every event deserves that special touch that makes it truly memorable.

Balloon Care & Handling

Events by MJ

Handling Your Balloons

  • Always lift and carry balloon stacks from the base only. Foil balloons and custom elements are delicate and may tear or weaken if tugged, pulled, or squeezed.
  • Avoid squeezing or compressing balloons together. Excess pressure can compromise seams, vinyl details, and foil integrity.
  • Do not re-tie, separate, or adjust balloons. Each design is intentionally secured for balance, longevity, and visual impact.

Placement & Environment

  • Display balloons in a low-traffic area. Avoid entrances, hallways, dance floors, play areas, or anywhere they may be bumped.
  • Limit movement once placed. Repeated lifting or repositioning can weaken the structure and shorten lifespan.
  • Keep away from heat and direct sunlight. Heat, sun exposure, fireplaces, heaters, and windows can cause balloons to expand, warp, or pop.
  • Indoor use is strongly recommended.
Important Note

Once balloons are picked up or installed, care and handling become the client's responsibility. Due to the handcrafted and delicate nature of balloon décor, replacements or repairs cannot be guaranteed after pickup or installation.
